having considered, at a sitting in camera on 25 August 2020, the constitutional complaint of G.M., which was lodged with the Constitutional Tribunal for it to consider the conformity of:
Article 2(2) of the Act of 21 August 1997 on restrictions on the conduct of economic activity by persons performing public functions (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. of 2017, item 1393) with Article 2 as well as Article 22 in conjunction with Article 20 and Article 31(3) of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland,
d e c i d e s:
to discontinue the proceedings.
The ruling was unanimous.
