Article 93b(3), first sentence, and Article 93g(3) of the Criminal Code of 6 June 1997 (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. No. 88, item 553, as amended) to Article 2, Article 31(3), Article 42(1) and Article 47 of the Constitution,
d e c i d e s:
to discontinue the proceedings.
