having considered, at a sitting in camera on 26 August 2020, the constitutional complaint of A.T., which was lodged with the Constitutional Tribunal for it to consider the conformity of:
Article 3(11) of the Construction Act of 7 July 1994 (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. of 2013 item 1409, as amended) – construed in the way that the only means to prove the right to use an immovable property for construction purposes, arising from the right of ownership of the immovable property, is to provide the up-to-date copy of a relevant entry in the land register – with Article 64(1) of the Constitution,
d e c i d e s:
to discontinue the proceedings.
